Deck the Gift Card Holder

Here is another type of gift card holder (I believe I got the dimensions for this holder a long while back from Gretchen Barron's blog).  I decided to give Jolly Holiday a break and go vintage.

Gift Card Holder Measurements:
Base: 3 3/4" x 4 3/4" (Cherry Cobbler)
Tri-fold Piece: 3 1/2" x 11", scor @ 4 1/2' & 9", punch small end with half circle - 1 1/4" circle punch(Crumb Cake), use brads to create pocket for gift card.
Mat Front: 4 1/4" x 3 1/4" (Always Artichoke)
DSP: 4" x 3" - if using same sheet/ flipping over (Deck the Halls DSP)
         OR Top: 4" x 1 7/8", Bottom: 4" x 1 1/8"
Neutral Interior: 4 1/4" x 3 1/4"
