I'm Back!

Disney was wonderful as always!!  The weather was perfect and I love to visit when they are decorated for Christmas (though I really don't recommend the week of Thanksgiving - luckily we had our fill of parks and people by the time the Thanksgiving crowd got in, so we were able to be lazy the last few days).

I just have to share a picture of the castle!

Now, let's talk stamping.  I have been stamping a lot of baby cards this year.  I made a set of thank you cards for a friend and this first one was a practice round.

I ended up changing some of the printed paper to lighten it up a bit.  This was the final version.

I made some matching thank you note cards that I'll share next time.

                                                                        Ciao for now!

Makeover!

The header has landed!

Big thanks to Patty Bennett!  She has a tutorial on her blog to help those of us with little MDS knowledge to create a blog header using the digital software.  She saved me so much time!  This is actually her design, but is so much nicer to look at while I come up with something else on my own.

Ciao for now!

Playing with MDS

I have a new favorite toy!  Mr. Brown delivered my package today and I could not wait to install Stampin' Up's My Digital Studio.  It is so awesome.  I haven't even scratched the surface on what this baby can do, but here is one of the first pages I quickly put together.

Needless to say, I will be spending all my "me" time the next few days playing with my new software.  That may interfere with packing for Disney, so we'll just have to buy a bunch of Mickey T-shirts when we get there.

Ciao for now!

Flower Punch Fun

Wow, I can't believe it is already November 1st.

Today's card was inspired by the cutest little baby outfit.  I find inspiration in lots of different things, but children's clothing is toward the top of the list.  I must say that it didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped, but you can't hit it out of the ballpark every time.

Ciao for now!
